Inception Team
Community Volunteer Work.
We are inviting community work volunteers to join our Inception Team from June to September as we prepare to open Ivy Villa’s doors on November 01st.
If you have a skill to share (from gardening to painting, home design to general handyman, or marketing to admin), and would like to help us make Ivy Villa exceptional, then please get in touch. Scholars who are required to complete community work projects are very welcome.

As we prepare to open our doors in November 2026, we will be inviting suitably qualified professionals and compassionate volunteers to join our team and become part of something very special.
We will be bringing together a group of dedicated individuals who will share our commitment to dignity, kindness, professionalism, and excellence in care. Together, we will be creating a warm, refined, and supportive environment where residents will feel truly at home and where team members will feel valued and proud of the work they do.

As we move closer to our opening in November, opportunities may become available in areas such as:
Residence Manager | Caregivers and Care Assistants | Hospitality and Housekeeping | Kitchen and Catering | Maintenance and Groundsman | Volunteers* and Community Engagement.
We will be looking for individuals who will take pride in their work, who will treat residents with dignity and respect, and who will contribute positively to the warm and welcoming environment we will be creating.
* Volunteers will play a very special role in helping us create a vibrant, caring, and connected community. We will be welcoming people who would like to spend time with residents, assist with activities, share skills, read, walk in the gardens, help with events, or simply offer companionship and conversation.
